Stanton by Bridge put-in (River Trent)
Stanton by Bridge is a village beside the River Trent, reached from the south side of the ancient Swarkestone Bridge, which carries the A514 across the river's flood plain. The Trent here lies within the Canal and River Trust's managed Trent Navigation between Shardlow and Gainsborough.
