Stanpit put-in (Christchurch)
This concrete slipway at Fisherman's Bank launches onto Christchurch Harbour beside Stanpit Marsh, a 65-hectare Local Nature Reserve and Site of Special Scientific Interest formed where the Rivers Avon and Stour meet the tide. OpenStreetMap tags the slipway as free to use. The marsh mixes salt marsh, reed bed and freshwater habitat and is an important stop for migrating birds.
