Morecambe promenade slipway (West End)
This slipway sits on the seafront road towards Morecambe's West End, opening onto the sand and mudflats of Morecambe Bay. The bay's tide floods the flats quickly, the same hazard behind the 2004 cockling disaster further out in the bay.
