Machrihanish put-in
A slipway onto Machrihanish Bay on the Atlantic-facing west coast of Kintyre, where the main sandy beach runs about 3 miles (5km) north to Westport. The bay is a recognised surfing spot and Machrihanish village is one end of the Kintyre Way long-distance trail.
