Port Arthur put-in (Scalloway)
This slipway sits in the Port Arthur quarter of Scalloway, a fishing port on the west side of Mainland Shetland whose sheltered harbour was known to Hanseatic traders as Schaldewage. The launch faces the harbour itself rather than open water, close to the town's Main Street.
