Parc Bryn Bach slipway

Bryn Bach Lake is a 26-acre artificial lake at the centre of Parc Bryn Bach, a former iron-mining site turned country park just outside Tredegar. The lake is used for kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding through the park's own self-launch scheme, with a slipway on its shore. Launching requires signing in at the visitor centre and a day fee, and the lake is sometimes closed to all activities, so check current status before travelling.
