Afon Tryweryn put-in, upper course
A whitewater put-in on the Afon Tryweryn upstream of the National White Water Centre near Frongoch, on the dam-controlled stretch fed by the Llyn Celyn reservoir. Releases from the dam give reliable summer flow through this section, generally graded up to class 3/4.
