Bangor University Slipway
A slipway on the Menai Strait belonging to Bangor University, on the reach of water between the Menai Suspension Bridge and Bangor's Garth Pier. Bangor University Boat Club used to row from a boathouse on this stretch before relocating to Llyn Padarn in Llanberis. The Menai Strait and Conwy Bay Special Area of Conservation covers the water here.
