Llanfair Pwllgwyngyll put-in (Llanfairpwllgwyngyll)
This slipway sits on the Menai Strait near Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, about 70 metres from another mapped slipway of the same name, on the stretch called the Swellies between the Menai Suspension Bridge and the Britannia Bridge. Spring tides here can exceed a 10 metre range and the narrows are known for strong eddies and small whirlpools.
